Planned and managed online content for 50+ Argos websites including Argos in Spain:

  • Managed content using E-commerce Websphere Accelerator and WordPress
  • Created bespoke content plans to support different merchandising strategies
  • Created written and visual content using Photoshop  
  • Led and delivered the international content strategy of Argos in Spain
  • Worked with the marketing teams and external agencies to drive effective campaigns across digital channels (PPC, email marketing, and media campaigns) 
  • Closely monitored the activity of websites with Google Analytics and analysed complex MI reports to enhance the content strategies
  • Conducted market research of Argos competitors to improve brand positioning

Successfully managed and delivered multiple web projects:

  • Supervised the launch of 8 Argos catalogues across all websites and the rollout of all new content for each site
  • Managed the localisation of the Argos in Spain website for 4 years. Supervised and delivered the translation of 12,000 products per catalogue and a total of more than 4 million translated words)
  • Managed web design and development projects to improve the customer journey. For example, developed a FAQ site for which helped reducing customer queries by 20%
  • Fully redesigned the Argos in Spain website in less than two months as a result of the Argos rebranding
  • Liaised and built working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including 20+ clients (Bank of America, Mars, Baxi), agencies and internal teams
