Worked as a marketing consultant for 22 markets in the EMENA region (Europe, Middle East, North Africa)
- Supported markets with their marketing calendar planning and advised them on how to adapt global campaigns to their audiences
- Supervised their digital strategy including social media, email campaigns & PPC
- Supervised all marketing materials produced to ensure that the brand standards were met at all times
- Reviewed sales reports and analytics data to advise different markets on how to overcome barriers to sales growth
- Did market research to track the marketing activity of key competitors
- Run webinars to train marketing teams (e.g. social media, email marketing, local store marketing)
Managed and led multiple global marketing projects including:
- New market openings (menu development, web and digital channels development, opening campaigns, etc)
- Coordinating global campaigns from briefing stage to launch
- Coordinating photoshoots for new products and lifestyle photography
- New product development from concept to launch across the EMENA region coordinating all internal teams to ensure successful product launches

- Managed internal communications by leading and producing all content for an internal online newsletter that is distributed across 45 markets (videos, interviews, articles)
- Wrote case studies on successful marketing initiatives
- Created Marketing Guides on different subjects
- Liaised with all marketing teams of Western Europe, external agencies, partners and multiple internal stakeholders
- Managed the budget for multiple projects (global campaigns, photoshoots)
